You can pay the order amount by bank transfer, in HUF or EUR.
Payment is made in euros based on the current MNB mid-rate.
If required, cash or individual payment solutions are also available (e.g. cash on delivery, detailed settlement), subject to prior agreement.

If your order has not yet been handed over to the courier service, please notify us immediately by email or phone.
Modifications to the order (e.g. product exchange, quantity, address) are only possible until the package has been shipped.

In-stock products usually arrive within 2-5 business days.
If a product arrives from an external warehouse or on manufacturer order, we will inform you in advance of the expected delivery time.

If a product is not currently in stock, we will always inform you of the expected arrival date.
There are some products that we are constantly waiting for to be in stock, but at the same time, it happens that we do not keep certain types in permanent stock.
In such cases, an advance payment may be required when placing the order, about which we will send a separate notification and detailed information.

The shipping fee depends on the size and type of the product.
Home delivery of smaller packages (e.g. cables, accessories, communication modules) is 3,790 HUF gross,
for larger packages (e.g. inverters, installation materials) 6,490 HUF.
Solar panels, batteries and support rails are delivered on a custom quote, as their size and weight require special handling.

Yes, the courier service will notify you of the delivery date and expected time via email or SMS.
We will also send you advance notice of the expected delivery time so that you know exactly when to expect your product to arrive.

Please check the condition of the box when you receive the package.
If you notice any damage or missing items, do not accept the package or report the problem to our customer service while making a report.

We generally fulfill all orders within 2-5 business days.
However, if the product is awaiting arrival or is a special order, we will inform you in advance.
In other cases, delivery is ongoing, but if you experience slower delivery than expected, please contact us and we will investigate the reason for the delay.

In case of a warranty claim, please send us the serial number, invoice and a brief description of the defect.
Our employees will help you with the administration with the manufacturer or inform you if direct notification is necessary.

If you purchased as a consumer (i.e. not a company), you may cancel the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised in the case of a product that
- in original, unopened packaging,
- with complete accessories, and
- It is returned in a non-operational, non-tested, non-energized state.
Since the installation of solar panel and inverter products is considered an intervention that goes beyond basic use, it is not possible to return such products without a reduction in value.
The business cannot take back products that have been installed, put into operation, or connected to a system because they can no longer be sold as new.
Our customer service will provide precise information about the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the return process.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method within 1-5 business days.
