Shipping conditions

General information

The delivery terms apply to the fulfillment of orders placed in the NEXVO SOLAR webshop.
Deliveries are carried out by Energiakapitány Kft.'s reliable logistics partners throughout Hungary, and if required, we also deliver abroad.

Our goal is to ensure that all solar system-related products – whether inverters, batteries, support structure elements or any accessories – arrive at our customers safely, accurately and without damage.

Shipping method and cost

The method and cost of delivery are determined by the type, weight, size and quantity of the product ordered.

  • Small package: for smaller products (e.g. accessories), the delivery fee is 3,790 HUF (gross).
  • Large package: for larger products that can still be delivered by courier (e.g. inverters), the shipping fee is 6,490 HUF (gross).
  • Individual delivery: in the case of solar panels, batteries, battery packs, and support structure rails, delivery is based on an individual quote.
    Due to their size and weight, we negotiate the shipping cost and expected delivery time with the customer for each order.

Our webshop automatically displays the shipping fee when you place your order, and in the case of products requiring custom shipping, our colleagues will contact you to clarify the details.

Delivery times are for informational purposes only.

Pick-up and unloading

It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for the goods to be picked up and unloaded at the designated location. The driver or courier is not required to bring the goods into the building, garage or warehouse.

Especially in the case of palletized goods (solar panels, batteries, rails), we ask that you provide adequate space and assistance on site for safe unloading.
Please provide an accurate shipping address and available phone number to ensure smooth delivery.

Personal collection

Personal collection is also possible at a pre-arranged time.
Please note that our location is not currently operating as a warehouse, therefore on-site collection of products is only possible after prior arrangement.

During the consultation, our staff will ensure that the ordered product arrives on time and that you can receive it conveniently.

Product inspection and complaints

When receiving the package, please always check the quantity and integrity of the products.
If you notice any damage, shortages or irregularities, notify the courier immediately and ask for a report of the error.

We can accept complaints in writing within 15 days.
By signing the delivery note, you confirm that you have received the product intact and undamaged.

Product returns

In all cases, the product is returned at the buyer's expense.
NEXVO SOLAR (Energiakapitány Kft.) does not undertake to advance or reimburse the return shipping fee.

If required, we will assist in organizing the return, but the related costs will still be borne by the customer.

Individual needs and contact

If you have a larger order, a deadline project, or special shipping needs (e.g. export, palletized shipping, special packaging), please contact us.
