Transport
The shipping fee depends on the size and type of the ordered product. For smaller packages, the home delivery fee is 3,790 HUF, for larger products it is 6,490 HUF. For solar panels, batteries and other large products, the delivery is based on an individual price quote, which our staff will always discuss with you after placing the order.

The Deye GB-LM4.0-HV is a 4.09 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery module, which is the basic unit of the Deye GB energy storage systems. It cannot be used independently, it always requires a controller and base, and depending on the configuration, an inverter.
The modules are installed stacked, with a cable-free connection, which allows for quick and safe installation. A system can consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 modules, so the capacity can be adjusted between 8.18 and 24.54 kWh. Multiple stacks can be connected in parallel, so the system can be expanded for larger household or even small commercial use.
The battery module can be used in two types of systems:
- With the combination of GB-LB-BASE controller + GB-S5K–25K-EU inverter , it works as a full-fledged solar energy storage (with PV and grid integration).
- With the GB-LBS-PRO-BASE-HV controller, it can also be operated as a standalone battery stack, without an inverter, and integrated with other EMS systems.
The GB-LM4.0-HV is modularly expandable, making it flexible to meet different energy needs. The LFP cells are safe and have a long lifespan (≥6000 cycles), and the cable-free stacking offers simpler and more reliable installation. Thanks to the IP65 protection, it can be used both indoors and outdoors, so it can be installed in a variety of locations.

The most important thing is that the battery fits your inverter and the performance of your system. It is worth considering how much capacity (kWh) you need and whether you want to expand the system later.
Always check the inverter's technical data sheet, as it will tell you which batteries it is compatible with. For example, Huawei inverters only work with Huawei batteries, while Deye inverters can be connected to multiple manufacturers, offering a more flexible solution.

The lifespan of modern lithium batteries is usually 10–15 years, depending on usage and temperature conditions.
Manufacturers typically give an expected lifespan of 6,000–8,000 charging cycles – this can mean up to a decade and a half, assuming one cycle per day.

If the inverter supports backup (stand-alone) operation, it will automatically switch to the battery during a power outage, so the most important consumers continue to operate.
It is important to know that if there is no backup function, the system will completely stop in the event of a power outage, even if the solar panels are producing. This is because most on-grid inverters cannot operate without mains voltage for safety reasons, so they cannot supply power or charge batteries.
