Product description
Product description
The SolaX T58 is the manufacturer's high-voltage, modular energy storage system, developed for residential and commercial hybrid systems. The system is built from T-BAT H 5.8 (Master) and HV11550 (Slave) units, which can be flexibly combined to provide capacities between 11.5 and 23 kWh.
Available versions:
- SolaX T58 – 11.5 kWh (1 Master + 1 Slave)
- SolaX T58 – 17.3 kWh (1 Master + 2 Slaves)
- SolaX T58 – 23.0 kWh (1 Master + 3 Slaves)
The T58 series uses a high voltage (HV) architecture, in which modules are connected in series, providing high efficiency and low loss. The system is based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells, with a cobalt-free and environmentally friendly design. The built-in intelligent BMS monitors voltage, temperature and current with cell-level protection and automatic balancing.
One of the main features of the T58 batteries is the master-slave structure, where the T-BAT H 5.8 (Master) unit controls the Slave modules. This allows for parallel expansion and flexible configuration - an X1 Hybrid inverter can manage up to 3 T58 batteries, while an X3 Hybrid inverter can manage up to 4 (expandable further with the BMS Parallel Box II).
The T58 series has an IP65 housing, making it suitable for both outdoor and indoor installation. Natural cooling and a fanless design ensure quiet operation, while remote monitoring and diagnostic functions reduce maintenance to a minimum. The system can be monitored, updated and maintained in real time from the SolaX Cloud platform.

How do I choose the right battery?
How do I choose the right battery?
The most important thing is that the battery fits your inverter and the performance of your system. It is worth considering how much capacity (kWh) you need and whether you want to expand the system later.
Always check the inverter's technical data sheet, as it will tell you which batteries it is compatible with. For example, Huawei inverters only work with Huawei batteries, while Deye inverters can be connected to multiple manufacturers, offering a more flexible solution.
How do inverter types differ?
How do inverter types differ?
The lifespan of modern lithium batteries is usually 10–15 years, depending on usage and temperature conditions.
Manufacturers typically give an expected lifespan of 6,000–8,000 charging cycles – this can mean up to a decade and a half, assuming one cycle per day.
What happens in the event of a power outage?
What happens in the event of a power outage?
If the inverter supports backup (stand-alone) operation, it will automatically switch to the battery during a power outage, so the most important consumers continue to operate.
It is important to know that if there is no backup function, the system will completely stop in the event of a power outage, even if the solar panels are producing. This is because most on-grid inverters cannot operate without mains voltage for safety reasons, so they cannot supply power or charge batteries.
What warranty does the battery have?
What warranty does the battery have?
Depending on the manufacturer, batteries come with a 5 or 10 year warranty, and for some models this is also tied to the number of cycles. We indicate the exact warranty period on each product page, so you can always see how long the manufacturer's warranty lasts before you buy.
What happens if the battery fails?
What happens if the battery fails?
If the battery is not working properly, it is a good idea to first have the problem diagnosed by a professional to rule out incorrect setup or installation. It is possible that the problem is not with the battery itself, but with a non-activated function or communication setting.
If it is proven that there is indeed a problem with the product, you should contact the manufacturer's or distributor's customer service, who will assist you in the troubleshooting process and the warranty administration process.
