Payment
You can pay for your order by bank transfer, in HUF or EUR. We will send you a payment request via email, which includes the necessary data for the transfer. If you would like a unique payment method (for example, cash or cash on delivery), select the “Unique payment plan” option and our colleagues will contact you to discuss the details.


Transport
The shipping fee depends on the size and type of the ordered product. For smaller packages, the home delivery fee is 3,790 HUF, for larger products it is 6,490 HUF. For solar panels, batteries and other large products, the delivery is based on an individual price quote, which our staff will always discuss with you after placing the order.

The SolarEdge Home Backup interface works with SolarEdge Home Hub inverters to ensure continuous power supply to the household in the event of a power outage. Its task is to quickly and safely disconnect the battery energy storage system from the grid and then operate the loads in stand-alone mode.

The device is available in two versions:

• Single-phase version – for smaller households or single-phase systems.
• Three-phase design – for larger buildings and more complex electrical networks.

Both versions are compatible with the SolarEdge Home Hub inverter family and allow critical loads (such as lighting, heating controls, refrigerators, IT devices) to operate uninterrupted during grid outages.
